Exchange Policy
At Midrand Marabastad Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable and worry-free. Please review the following guidelines regarding exchanges:
Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Exchange cost to buyer: R180
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to intimate apparel (such as bodysuits), swimwear, and earrings.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@www.midrandmarabastad.co.za or 069 594 6001 to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
- When returning an item, please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip to expedite the process.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may request photos or additional information to facilitate the resolution process.
Exclusions:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or if the items show signs of wear or damage not caused by transit.
